I can't tell if the colors on my monitor match the colors that I need. Can you send me a ribbon sample?

Sure! Just let me know what colors you need and I'll send up to 10 swatches to you. There is a small fee to cover shipping.

I love the ballerina embroidery but I need it on a pink bow, can you do that?
A:
Sure! Each bow is custom made so I can change the colors for the bow and embroidery to meet your needs.
Q: Thin Hair
My daughter's hair is thin, what can I do to make the bows stay in her hair?
A:
Just let me know and I can line the clip in velvet or grippy material. Currently there is no extra charge for this add on.
Q: Hand Crafted
Do you make your own products?
A:
Yes! Everything in my store is handcrafted by someone in my family! I make the majority of the items but my daughter Victoria makes her special bracelets and my husband Jim hand crafts all of the wooden items.
